Trying to map a route over roads I’ve ridden loads and mapped on my garmin 830 before but keep getting this error message. Is there an issue with garmin in the U.K. today?

Not sure if anyone ever called when the issue first started. The US is now on holiday until Saturday. If the issue persists at that time, I'll try to engage support again.

The same thing happened last month. I contacted Garmin Support using the chat option. It was fixed by the next day. Create Roundtrip: Oops, something went wrong. Dismiss

Yup, getting the same error.
I logged out of the app and back in, and it was better. Not perfect, but definitely better.
I've not tried in the app myself, only on the website. I tried logging out/in again and it didn't really make a difference though this time I was able to complete making a new course by ignoring the warning message and kept clicking to set the waypoint. Some waypoints took 3 or 4 clicks to be accepted, some took 10+ but I got there in the end!
Still pretty broken unfortunately so hope Garmin have a look at this soon?!
Experienced the same. Clicking 10+ times, sometimes slightly off the purple track, finally did add some waypoints.
