Timestamp out of chronological order.
Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool.
Unzip the file then import into Garmin Connect using the [import data page]
The Forerunner 25 seems…
The 245 is not normally an issue, but I would start with removing all files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVTY folder regardless of what it says is available, especially if you have chronic corrupt file issues.
SimonfromLongford, I'm getting this error when going to your link
Can you zip the file and attach it to this thread? Go to Insert >> Image/video/file
SimonfromLongford, here ya go. Unzip this file - 2021-02-13-07-50-06-fixed.zip then import into the [ Garmin Connect Import Data page ]
Hi, I have the same error message, are you able to help please. I wouldn't normally worry about loosing an activity but I ran a PB for the route this morning.
Will do. Requesting access...
Or just zip the file and attach it here.
Don't know why I couldn't manage that this morning when I tried, thanks in advance.
Got it. This one looks bad, but I'll try. Can you give any details as to what happened here? Is this a recovered file or anything else happen during the run? Which Garmin was used?

Timestamps are all over the place
I just saved the run when I got to work, it's a Forerunner 25. It showed in the history on the watch. It syncs with connect via bluetooth and should go to strava. It hung on the upload to connect. I then connected the watch to my pc with the charge cable to upload directly to strava, luckily I made a copy of the fit file first as when I disconnected it from the pc all the history was gone. The watched seemed to be working ok during the run, I was keeping a track of my pace which is how I knew it was a PB. If it's loads of work don't worry as I know the time for the run so I can just add it as a manual entry for my yearly totals.
If I remove all the erroneous timestamps, it leaves almost zero data. Perhaps someone else can attempt to repair it, as I usually just rely on the very capable Fit File Repair Tool to fix these.
