Garmin Cadence is connected to Fenix 6 but doesn't display cadence during "Bike" activity

Hello !

Just got a cadence sensor, successfully connected it to the watch, but during activity it does't show the cadence itself, just "---". What am I doing wrong ?

1) Connected the sensor

2) Started activity

Did I miss something ?

Hello,

I poses the Garmin Cadence Sensor 2. In the settings of the sensor connectivity is set via ANT+.

hi Former Member,

could you specify the make and model of your cadence sensor

sensor paired via bluetooth or ANT+

newest sensors can be set as cadence or as speed sensor (check this)

to check if the sensor was connected can you...

post a link to the activity (set activity public)
or post the fit file here (zip the fit file and drag & drop the zip onto your post)
or upload your fit file here and check for yourself the used sensors (you could post the url from the upload here)

the data on Garmin Connect Web shows your sensor was not connected
