No green light on Cadence Sensor 2

Hello, can you send the photo of your enclosure for the battery? I have it the same. When I stick the battery to the contacts directly it starts blinking, just in the enclosure, it will never connect. I think there suppose to be some kind of metal plate inside the battery housing, the same as it is on my RD POD.

I took the battery out for over 30sec set a timer. Then I put it back in and it began to work, then attached it to the crank. Now working perfect. 

I guess you still have your white paper inside the battery housing, right?

Yes I did think about taking it off but thought I better look online (Youtube) to see if other people have their on, and they did, so I've kept mine on.

Can I ask you for a picture of the battery housing? I have a feeling there should be a metal plate inside it.

Can you share how you make your cadence sensor work ?

Mine was dead on arrival, just alive for a few second when I open/close the battery cap.

I raise a little the small battery contacts, it seems to have helped enough so it show in my Fenix watch, but

after a 15k ride, I only have less than 10% of cadence data in Garmin.

Do we need to put some 'shim' behind the battery in the battery door ?

Where exactly is that LED on the Cadence 2 supposedly located? I consider myself somewhat tech savvy, but I'm stumped on this one

I found that link, just forgot to post the "solved".
