I have had 2 of the vivosmart 4 bands since October 25th. I have had to reset both of them at least 4 times each. Now they are NOT working again. Say they can't connect to the server. I am DONE doing the reset procedure. I had Fitbits for 3 years and never had a problem. I am going to buy Fitbits again.
I bought 2 Vivosmart 4 bands and received them on October 25th 2019. Since then I have had to do the reset on each of them at least 4 times each. And NOW THEY ARE NOT WORKING AGAIN. I am DONE with them. I had Fitbits for 3 years and NEVER had a problem with them. I am going to buy new fitbits. I am DONE playing with these things - they are junk.
Say they can't connect to the server.
But check on the website if it's really not synced. I got the big red error it can't connect - but it was synced despite that.
I am the same, ever since Garmin got hacked about a year ago mine hasn't synced properly since and it's very frustrating
