Sync problems. Are the problems in the Garmin servers?

Hi!

My Garmin connect has failed to sync my watch for days now, HR stats graph shows that it stopped in the middle of the day at 21.1. It just stopped, no new updates for phone or apps installed, which might have caused this. BT is fine, phone calls will vibrate the phone. Watch still shows my HR.

Garmin Connect Device Sync debug log it the app says:" Listing failed. Failed uploading file...Unable to get the server endpoints for this unit and sub type combination...Unexpected server response."

Is there something wrong with Garmin servers?

    Same here, I've tried syncing a workout on 3 devices and it just wont sync. So annoying.

    Since 3/9 my HR data stops at noon and the time seems to be offset. Also sleep monitoring doesn't show up (it's set to on). Any suggestions?

    I had the same problem yesterday. I had two workouts that would not load into the app. Every time I tried to sync I was getting Sync Error- Server messages. I was getting real time heart rate and step data on the app from my watch, but no history for the day in the app. I received this fix thru chat support this morning.     I have had 2 of the vivosmart 4 bands since October 25th.  I have had to reset both of them at least 4 times each.  Now they are NOT working again. Say they can't connect to the server.  I am DONE doing the reset procedure. I had Fitbits for 3 years and never had a problem.  I am going to buy Fitbits again.

    I bought 2 Vivosmart 4 bands and received them on October 25th 2019.  Since then I have had to do the reset on each of them at least 4 times each.  And NOW THEY ARE NOT WORKING AGAIN.  I am DONE with them.  I had Fitbits for 3 years and NEVER had a problem with them.  I am going to buy new fitbits.  I am DONE playing with these things - they are junk.

    The Servers are the problem with BOTH of my Smart4 bands.  I am really SICK of this problem.

  • Say they can't connect to the server.

    But check on the website if it's really not synced. I got the big red error it can't connect - but it was synced despite that.

    I wonder too, I see that your post is from 3 years ago, but I still face the same problem now, 26/04/2021

  • I am the same, ever since Garmin got hacked about a year ago mine hasn't synced properly since and it's very frustrating
