Issues comes and goes; right now it has come again.
I'm still having the issue. Map center in on Kansas when my activity was in Michigan. Metric graphs do not appear. Waiting for many minutes does not resolve the issues. Issues seemed to be resolved yesterday, but have come back again this morning. GC Status page shows all green. Someone at Garmin needs to address the issue soon.
I've found the Connect site in general has been really unreliable for the last few days. Pages slow to load or won't load at all, particularly the dashboard and calendar pages. When viewing an activity it quite often only loads parts of the page. Yesterday and today, the route just refuses to load up on the map and it is centring on Kansas like everyone else is experiencing, when I live in the UK.
Despite my test experience yesterday, all my maps are showing Kansas City now. When I zoom out and navigate to where my activity actually was, the track doesn't show.
Maps incorrect since website/app update along with other issues
I live in Ashford, Kent England UK and according to my Forerunner 35/Garmin Connect website and app my local parkrun in Ashford yesterday was just outside Kansas City!!
Also I don't seem to be able to quick edit anything or update PB's
Since today, my tracks are no longer visible in Garmin Connect via the browser. Same for Garmin Connect Mobile. All other data are present.
Is this a temporary problem?
Can I do something about it?
Grz.
I'm in Türkiye but the maps shows Olathe. :)
Apparently some Garmin subservice doesn't give GPS route to mapping service, or if the mapping is done in the browser side doesn't give it to the browser scripts. I saw Olathe in the past while switching between some maps. Now, it's just the only thing that map shows. :D No route even when I scroll to the activity area in the map.
