Reports in Garmin Connect incorrect

Hi Folks,
In november there are 11 activities in my schedule. Three running, 4 hiking and 4 cycling events. In reports there are only 4 cycling and 1 running event displayed. So there are missing a few items. Does anyone know about this issue? Please let me know.
Thanks

  • Swiming reports worked well for me so far and since last week (perhaps a Connect upgrade), data are really limited in the past. Even worst for some metrics, where there is no data at all even if I had close to 100 swiming workouts this year.

Are you experiencing the same? It's a real pain to see such regression with no fix or recalculation after couple of days ! From what I see, Garmin has a lot of challenges to maintain the software infrastructure with FW, GCM and Connect... Hope that they will quickly stabilize the whole end to end picture !
  • The issue doesnt to appear to have happened for me the last few days. Reports are showing correctly without the export/delete and import workaround.

Has there been a GC update? The reports now show a "Loading" and progress circle (not sure what to call it) whilst being generated.
  • Based on your comment I didn't update my activity right away. Then I went back and modified it. After a few hours I checked and the change didn't work in the report so the activity needed to be exported and reimported.
  • Ah that's a shame. Guess that I have just been fortunate by the looks of things.

  • This is what we're talking about right?
The report says 8.85 miles in Dec, but my "Goal" is 20 miles of running in Dec, which counts all 17+ miles which you can see from the "Activities" on the left (slow month :o)

I'll try the export/re-import workaround. It's counted two manual entries (the two treadmill runs) and one that I imported from a GPX file (using "jogtracker"). The other two JogTracker imports are included in the activities line item, but not the reports...
  • UPDATE:

Exporting the non-working imports as TCX and deleting the original entry. Then re-uploading did the trick for my issue - this time.

    Thanks!
  • This problem is *still* unfixed. Does anyone know if Garmin is going to do something about it?

Just sent a link to this thread to Garmin product support. Not holding my breath.

I also sent an email to Garmin support about this issue with a link to this thread. I recommend more of you to do the same to catch attention to this annoying issue.
  • Browser issue

    I have the same problem.
Searched this forum and saw a post saying that it worked in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
I have just tried it on the Edge browser (Windows 10) and it worked as it should. I use Firefox as my default browser but maybe also Chrome shows reports incorrect.
