How can I record a workout plan that is a 3 day bike tour? I would like to see the total Kms and riding hours at the end of the tour together. If I pause the workout every day and continue the next one, I’m afraid the data will disappear.

When I sync to strava some activities do not display as the correct time I did them in. outdoor run and bike are fine but not all others which appear as half a day before.
