I’m using a Garmin CIRQA and the data inconsistencies in Garmin Connect are becoming extremely frustrating.
The values shown on the Home/Essentials page regularly do not match the detailed pages. I’ve seen this with:
● Body Battery
● Sleep Score
● Training Readiness
● Training Load and related metrics
For example, the Home page can show one Body Battery value, then the detailed page shows something different immediately after opening it. Refreshing and syncing does not consistently fix it.
Sometimes opening Garmin Connect on the web seems to force another sync, but that only makes the situation more confusing because the numbers can change again.
At this point, which data are we actually supposed to trust: the Home/Essentials widget or the detailed metric page?
This is happening repeatedly, not as a one-off issue, and there are also multiple users reporting similar synchronization/data mismatch problems.
On top of that, CIRQA firmware 2.50 is still being rolled out very slowly, while the device and Garmin Connect already have several unresolved issues.
Garmin needs to prioritize data consistency. A health and fitness platform is only useful if users can trust that the same metric shows the same value everywhere.
