Experiencing similar issues as of this week. Please also add me to investigation ticket.

Same thing happening to me. It shows GMT time instead of my local time.
I too have the recurring bug in the Garmin Connect app where the Edit Sleep Times screen displays timestamps exactly 4 hours ahead of the correct times shown in the Sleep Score graph for the same session. Eastern Daylight Time is UTC minus 4, so the Edit Sleep Times UI is clearly rendering in UTC instead of local time. The sleep data itself is accurate; the bug is isolated to the timestamp display in the Edit Sleep Times screen only.
All timezone settings are correctly configured on both my iPhone and watch. This is a Garmin Connect app bug, not a device or phone configuration issue.

Same happens to my sleep times. Luckely I am able to adjust my sleeptimes online in Garmin Connect
