If you try to edit sleep times, the start and end times are incorrect. Appear to be in GMT instead of local time.
This should be resolved with the latest Connect app software update to version 5.26.0.9. Please make sure you are on that version and if you still experience the sleep time concern after uninstalling and…

This occurred to me also this morning.
My sleep start showed start 23:07 / wake 06:25 and when I selected edit, the start time was 13:07 but end time unchanged.
When I edited the start to 22:51, the sleep finish time changed once saved and sleep chart crazy.
I had to set both times again and it was Ok.
*Edit*: I’ve just noticed that while I apparently took a nap while I was prepating and eating my lunch. Also despite my sleep being less than a baseline of 7:30 hours, my baseline changed from 7:30 to 7:00 since I checked this morning.
*edit*. Possibly affecting sleep, Stress chart and readings are different 7X to Connect. I’ve restarted 7X and logged out / in to Connect mobile but no change to this or sleep score.
I‘ve also noticed that the Chronic Training Load hasn’t changed for 6 days. I’ll log that separate.

Seems this started with the newest update 5.25 I think. I just edited my sleep time and a whole bunch of awake bars got added. I depend on sleep time data alot. Can we revert to old version unti Garmin figures this out?
Attached.
The awake bars weren't there until I removed like 10 minutes.
