Please bookmark this forum thread for updates. In the meantime, you should be able to continue making your edits in UTC time and it will carry over to the device in your local time zone.
I too have the recurring bug in the Garmin Connect app where the Edit Sleep Times screen displays timestamps exactly 4 hours ahead of the correct times shown in the Sleep Score graph for the same session. Eastern Daylight Time is UTC minus 4, so the Edit Sleep Times UI is clearly rendering in UTC instead of local time. The sleep data itself is accurate; the bug is isolated to the timestamp display in the Edit Sleep Times screen only.
All timezone settings are correctly configured on both my iPhone and watch. This is a Garmin Connect app bug, not a device or phone configuration issue.
