Tapping device icon works only once

Tapping on the device icon in the upper right works only once. I have to restart the app to get it to work a second time.

Ensure that your iOS version is current
Ensure the Garmin Connect app version is current
Restart your phone

If issues continue, reply here with the following info so we can better understand what is happening:

When did the issue first occur?
How often does it occur?
Does it only happen under particular circumstances?
What steps are taken to have this happen?
What model of iPhone is being used?

It started a few weeks ago.

Happens an time I want to change an watch setting (I have multiple watches)

To repro: Tap on the device icon, go back to the main screen, tap on the icon again (nothing happens)

Thank you for the information. If you have not tried already, I would recommend uninstalling/re-installing the Garmin connect app on the iPhone 17 Pro max. Is there by chance a different device around that can install Garmin Connect for testing to see if that device is able to reproduce this?

I have tried reinstall the app.

I have multiple devices connected. That may be a clue.

I have same issue. Reported it a month ago. Sent all data to support and told no timescale for fix! It’s a bug introduced two updates ago. No ‘troubleshooting” will work!
