Intensity Minutes not accurately recording on Vivosmart5

Hi. My Vivosmart5 has stopped accurately counting Intensity Minutes since Feb 2024. No change to my exercise routes or how and when I wear the device. I hit my target each week for years and now never. Any idea how I can fix this as it makes the watch a bit irrelevant if it’s not accurately recording. Thanks
