Menstrual cycle info vanished

I’ve been tracking my menstrual cycle for over a year bbut over the past couple of weeks, it keeps dropping off my dashboard and deleting the information. It’s really frustrating as incredibly important information that effects my training.

Please could someone look into it - this information matters to female users and I’ve seen it’s happening to lots of women.

    • I just found out that the info is available through the web browser. It has happened 5 times to me now and today I just wasn’t going to keep accepting it. Hope it helps you! 
  • Don’t panick!

    First of all, let’s all complain about this!!! SEcon’s: after panicking during the last 5 months as my info kept vanishing, today I discovered that it’s available through the web browser. 

  • This has been a problem for years. Not sure why the Garmin connect team haven’t resolved it or answered any of the support queries on it.  I’m asking my wife to log a support call.  

  • First- I completely agree- it’s super annoying and a persistent bug. Second- I found that usually if I manually throw out the app and then reload it, it remembers the info like magic (because it pulls it up fresh from the web info, I think)
