Ghost ftp for cross-country skiing? Never ever started an activity!

I noticed that I have an ftp for cross-country skiing at Garmin Connect. However, I have never recorded any cross-country skiing activity. How can i delete this ftp?

For me it is a problem that Garmin reports results/status from an activity form that I have Never Ever performed while using my watch.

Garmin Edge is still a great piece of hardware, ditched the Fénix a while ago and quitting now Connect, far too closed and limited to depend on in my opinion and personal usage. Watch OS 10 just made the last push for me.

It does make you wonder. It is unbelievable that an issue identified over a year ago is still kept pending. I have other discrepancies as well and dont know what metrics to trust or not trust. It defeats the purpose of buying a very expensive GF7P.

I know, it's very frustrating. Garmin support it simple doesn't exist. We have to com to this forum and seek for support from other users, really unbelievable!!!

I have the same problem with a ghost Cross Country skiing FTP. Connect says I did a cross country skiiing on July 5, 2021.

Have a Garmin Marq 2 and basically everything in this ecosystem - it’s insane this hasn’t been resolved. I have to imagine this affects my cycling FTP as well.

I have the index scale and it had me 12% higher on bodyfat than any other source. When I manually input my bf% all of a sudden I’m right where I should be. These are also known issues with the scale.

I'm sorry that I don't have more information at this time. I definitely understand your frustration especially since this bug has been present for so long.
