All, if you see a Cross Country Skiing FTP without having any Cross Country Ski activities saved in your account, please reply with the following:
Has anyone else this problem?
For me it is a problem that Garmin reports results/status from an activity form that I have Never Ever performed while using my watch.
1. Estonia. but this is completely irrelevant.
2. hereby i give it for you, yes. but this is completely irrelevant.
3. i'm not bothering with it, because it's completely irrelevant.
4. iPhone 15…
Not using Connect anymore. Godspeed.

+1 for this issue. I had never had one until I first used my Index S2 scale with FTP widget, today. I know I didn't have an XC ski FTP before because I look at FTP often (I have a bike power meter) and it certainly wasn't there. Then I suddenly seem (in iOS app and online on GC website) to have a cross-country skiing FTP reading. On iOS it says it's from today's date (when I weighed in with Index S2...) but in GC online it suggests an activity took place in early 2022 (15 March 2022) that is the basis for the reading (combined with today's bodyweight reading from the S2). On that date I have no activity recorded in GC at all though, so the XC ski power data is phantom! And I have never cross-country skiied in the real world or on a trainer with power meter.
Posting this mainly in case the Index S2 link is important or common to other cases.
I also have a scale connected, an old Garmin Index scale...
Although I've tested XC Ski once or twice, it's more than a year ago. And I certainly did not ski this weekend, it's in the middle of the summer here and 28 degrees Celsius warm...
I did however do a bike ride then, but that was commuting and recorded with my watch, and that one I haven't connected to the power meter, so very strange that a FTP could be calculated...
Edit: And I used my scale at that day as well. Hmm.... Will keep an eye on that
Edit2: It seems like XC Ski FTP gets registered each day I use the scale:
Edit3: Garmin-Sierra are you guys aware of this?
Same problem here, I live in a tropical weather, so....no no cross-country SKY for me here. How can I remove that? Its really annoying. I do triathlon, Cycle, run, swim. I only get Cycle FTP and cross country but none of the others two sports.
When will there be a fix for this bug?
Same issue, never used it no relted workout to it.
I have the same issue, never skied crosscountry or otherwise. Have 2 cycling workouts on that date. I want it removed, its annoying.
That is the horrible thing about GARMIN, the lack of support. They don't care; we need to get into a forum and find help from other users. They should have a proper HELPDESK.
