Hello everyone,
We have not forgotten about this disruption. I apologize for the delay, but it's still under active investigation.
I will update this thread when I know more.
Hi ColinvZ,
I'm very sorry to anybody who is experiencing this. Your comments have been heard, and I've seen progress on the report. It is still under investigation and is still escalated.
I'm…
All,
Thank you for the information that you have provided. We will continue our investigation and post any updates in this thread. Thank you in advance for your patience while we continue this investigation…
All, if you see a Cross Country Skiing FTP without having any Cross Country Ski activities saved in your account, please reply with the following:
Has anyone else this problem?
For me it is a problem that Garmin reports results/status from an activity form that I have Never Ever performed while using my watch.
I just want to get rid of it.
I have been after this ghost XCSkiing FTP for a while, how difficult can it be to be removed.
So how can we delete this? I got this since last October!
Also got it in October, so far Garmin does not seem to care about it.
Has this issue been fixed yet?
+1. I too have this problem of ghost ftp for CCS. Has Garmin identified the solution to this bug? Thanks.
I have the same problem, in addition I've noticed an "Cross Country Skiing" setting under watch settings/user setting/power zones.
iOS + Fenix 6 Pro + Edge 820.
everything updated to the latest version.
Thanks
Have had this issue as well, over a year, and across garmin watches.
Same issue here
Have never skied in life, have no interest in skiing and never will, and have never ever recorded a skiing activity but…
its a blatantly fake metric - makes you wonder what else are Garmin faking that isn’t so obvious?
Hi Garmin-Sierra and Garmin-Kevin, can you please provide an update on progress with this issue as it is now very old and does not appear to have been corrected for anyone that experienced the issue?
