Laps on activity "cardio"

Hello,

Since the recent update of the Garmin connect application, I no longer have access to the option of viewing the circuits (laps) on my "cardio" activities as was the case before.

I have the same issue and I miss being able to review the lap times in the app as opposed to the the activity on the watch

At least for Garmin Venu this is solved (see also my post https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/healthandwellness/f/venu/268067/cardio-profile-without-lap). I am now able to record Cardio profile activities and see all laps in Garmin Connect app and website.

Tks for the update. I would like to understand where the issue come from, it seems it is not device side, so Garmin connect mobile or Garmin servers?

Almost 1 year!! I will check soon on my F945

The problem is solved now (2-3 months ago). But the lap “feature” was absent for about 8 months!,
and it seemed it was affecting a lot of different watches.

Yes, I have reported the bug in november 2020.

The problem is that users accuse third party apps not Garmin and it leads to many mails or bad reviews.

Anyway, it s too bad that garmin doesn t communicate about this kind of problem or when the problem is fixed.
