Garmin Connect not recognising a run

Hi 

I did a run this morning, and on my watch I can see the run including time, distance, pace, splits etc.

However, after syncing on the Gamin Connect app it does not show a run. It has steps, heart rate etc but nothing else.

Has anyone experience this before? The gps was definitely "Ready" before I set off.

    when you have a Forerunner 35

    • zip the fit file and drag & drop it into your new post for a repair

    when any other device

    • run your fit file through Fit File Tools's section remover (without any removing)

    still faulty result

    • zip the fit file and drag & drop it into your new post for a repair

    Hi both

    Thank you for the replies. I have uploaded the .fit file here.

    When i tried to upload on Strava I got this error: "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it"

    hi,

    some advice

    contact Garmin Support by phone and tell them about your mishap

    • get a case number and report that number in the forum
    • you can help others with building a larger case this way

    mac users empty bin when device connected

    avoid pausing during activities

    clean activity folder on a regular base
