VirginPulse app is not showing on my Connected Apps screen since Wednesday 17 April. I am not getting my sleeping hours transferred to the VP app.

Same problem. Sleep hrs are not syncing and workout hrs are syncing next day..

I'm on Garmin Connect Android version 4.77.1.
I got a hold of Virgin pulse yesterday. They asked me to try to disconnect and reconnect the connection to Garmin from Virgin pulse but I couldn't disconnect it. They gave me some other things to try including using the Garmin connect app to verify connection but that option in Garmin is missing for a Virgin pulse connection. I guess I'm glad to know I'm not the only one

Same problem. Some steps showed up in VP early on Tuesday the 16th, then all data stopped syncing. At first, I couldn't disconnect Garmin in VP. Yesterday, I was finally able to but now I can't reconnect. I get an error in the VP app and no response at all on the website.
I have multiple tickets with VP now but no news.
