So it has been almost a week now since people have been reporting this issue and VP is still not updating my stats! This is ridiculous!
Same problem. Sleep hrs are not syncing and workout hrs are syncing next day..
I dont have a Virgin Pulse account, but I submitted a case anyway.
I received a response today from Virgin Pulse. Unfortunately, because I do not have an account and do not work for a company that uses Virgin Pulse, I'm at a stand still.
In order to further assist you, we would first need to locate you in our database. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your account using the email address you contacted us from. Would you mind just confirming for me the following:
-Full name
-Name of your Company/Sponsor
-E-mail address associated with your Virgin Pulse account.
As it took 3 days to get a response, I anticipate that others on this thread that have put in tickets, will eventually receive a response with pertinent information.
Thanks for trying. My company does use VP and I have a ticket in. I'm commenting on it every day until I hear back.
