VirginPulse app, sleeping hours.

VirginPulse app is not showing on my Connected Apps screen since Wednesday 17 April. I am not getting my sleeping hours transferred to the VP app.

  • My activity (steps/sleep/workouts) will not update in Virgin Pulse for the past two days (since 4/16/24). All info syncs to the Garmin app with no issue. If VP is reading from the Garmin app, I don't see what the problem could be. I've restarted my watch, dis/reconnected the watch to both my phone (Bluetooth) and the VP app. One of these attempts did throw multiple days' worth (like 400 minutes) of old workouts into today's summary in VP, but no actual activity from the last couple days was recovered. I'm losing valuable points without the automatic activity tracking in VP. There was a software update today, but obviously(?) this was not the culprit two days ago. Anyone having this issue / know a solution?

  • Exact same problem, same device, same date, same everything

  • I spoke to Virgin Pulse this am and they're "making improvements" which is affecting steps and sleep being synced from other devices. I'm surprised that there is nothing on their site stating this. Once these improvements happen, your information should show up retroactively.

  • i have had the same thing. Sleep and steps are not showing up since Wednesday the 17th and my Connected Apps screen in Garmin connect has disappeared on the web and Virgin pulse app is not available as a connected app option is missing on the Garmin connect app. Did they stop integration?

  • in the Garmin Connect app, Virgin pulse is missing as an option. I only have option for Microsoft 365, MyFitnessPal and Strava. I started looking into this because 4 days ago, i stopped being able to get step counts and sleep in Virgin Pulse. On the Garmin Connect website, I cant even find the connections options anymore at all. it has disappeared or moved and I cant find it. Anyone else experiencing this and have any advice to get Virgin Pulse back.

  • I am experiencing this as well.  While my activities have been synching with Virgin Pulse, my steps and sleep have not syched since April 17th.  

  • Same problem for me. Garmin support claimed it's problem on Virgin Pulse's side, but I'm not sure if it's true. I tried to contact Virgin Pulse but no real answer. My steps stopped syncing exactly on same day as yours, so it's probably a problem for many garmin users atm.

  • I have had the same problem! I disconnected all apps, deleted them, and then reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Now the virgin pulse option is missing from garmin. I also can't disconnect the garmin connection from virgin pulse. Everytime I try, I get an error message.
