Example: I do 1.6k warmup followed by 7x800m sprints with 1.6 cool down... Does this have the capability to breakdown in that format the pace? Or only 1k segments
If you create a workout where each of those sprints is a separate workout step, you can see stats (including average pace) for each workout step separately.
How does the workout look like? If you have the 800m sprint + 200m recovery in one step, then it will be recorded as a single 1km lap. You have to separate them.
