Hei! I just got my venu watch today and upon set up, the safety features and live tracking just shows error when I try to open them.. So I haven't fully set up my watch. How to manage this?

Hello! What phone do you have? Are you able to screen record and post it here? Are you trying to open this on Wi-Fi or Data? If Wi-Fi can I have you turn that off and try with data?
