Hei! I just got my venu watch today and upon set up, the safety features and live tracking just shows error when I try to open them.. So I haven't fully set up my watch. How to manage this?
An error has occurred it says.. Im still trying to set up from the garmin connect app. And I can't complete the set up because I can't even open the safety features and live tracking because of the error message. What should I do? Thanks!
Hi, I have the exact same problem. Not able to set it up in the app, just returns "an error occurred" immediately. I'm using a Samsung s10e. I tried reinstalling app, re-pairing phone/watch and logging out and in. Nothing seems to work
