Intensity minutes disappeared

Hey,

My intensity minutes feature suddenly disappeared from both my watch and from my Garmin connect app my day page. On both the watch and the app, intensity minutes are on and should be displayed. I have tried shutting and reopening both my watch and my phone without success,

Any ideas?

  • I have a similar problem here, intensity minutes have from my phone though I can still see it on my watch. And yes, it's enabled in "edit my day". 

    If you see different data on your watch then on the phone, then sync again, and observe well whether the white circle around the watch symbol closes and turns green - only then the sync is sucessfull.

    If it does not happen, use the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide to fix the syncing issue. 

    And if it syncs successfully, then it most probably means that your watch is associated with more than one acount. In that case follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

    I do not see different data (i'm aware how to sync it though). The thing is, the field "intensity minutes" is no longer visible on my phone AT ALL.

    I have the same issue, they are enabled in settings of My Day, but the whole tab is missing.

    Do you see the Intensity Minutes in Garmin Connect Web? If there is zero there, then no IM pane will appear on the phone app. If there is the right value there, then try forcing to stop the GC Mobile app, clearing its cache, and restarting. If no change, try reinstalling.

    Hi, I have the same issue. I have checked and the minutes are on the Web Garmin! I have tried all you suggested including reinstalling, but still no minutes on the app Disappointed

    On the phone, go to GC Menu » Setting » App Diagnostics and compare the value in the field Displayname with the ending string of the address of your User Profile page in Garmin Connect Web. They have to be identical. If they are not, you are logeed into a different acount on the phone, than on the web, and that's the reason why you do not see the IM pane.

    Both of them have typically the following cryptical form: "3c3c11e6-59af-4e95-b7d2-6a8d364510cd", though at users with several years old accounts, the string may be human-readable.

    Thank you for your replies :) I do have this address from the app but on the Web I only see this: connect.garmin.com/.../settings

    Click your avatar at the top right corner of the page and select View Profile, and the address will appear in the address field of the browser.

    Ok, I have copied both cryptical forms and they are the same

  • OK, in that case the accounts seem to be OK. What version of GC Mobile did you install? (see it in GCM Menu » Settings)
