Intensity minutes disappeared

Former Member
Former Member

Hey,

My intensity minutes feature suddenly disappeared from both my watch and from my Garmin connect app my day page. On both the watch and the app, intensity minutes are on and should be displayed. I have tried shutting and reopening both my watch and my phone without success,

Any ideas?

  • Scroll down, tap Edit My Day at the bottom, and verify whether Intensity Minutes are enabled.

Thanks for your reply, they are enabled, both in my watch and my app. That's exactly my problem

  • Do you see the Intensity minutes on your watch, and in Garmin Connect Web?

Same thing happened to me today on Venu SQ. No longer on the phone or the app.

  • Same thing happened to me

Same question: Do you see the Intensity minutes for today on your watch, and in Garmin Connect Web?

If there is zero, then you have to do some today, and then they'll hopefully appear on the app too.

Intensity minutes count this week from Garmin for me not adding data over 137

Whereas data of no less than 150 minutes can be detected by other fitness aids for same exercises

My weekly records has been consistent with Garmin for years until now

Are there alternate means to maintain tracking aids for essential holistic practices?

  • Whereas data of no less than 150 minutes can be detected by other fitness aids for same exercises

What do you mean by other fitness aids? Non-Garmin devices my define "intensity minutes" completely differently from Garmin. And even two different Garmin devices may count the IM differently, since the calculation is depending on factors that may be detected with certain deviations (namely the Average Resting Heart Rate, as well as the heart rate dring the day).

Sorry, I do not understand what exactly you are looking for. But if you want to track some holistic sessions, you could create a custom Activity profile, call it "Holistic Practices", and record it with its help.

Intensity minutes technique with Garmin not meeting the intended standard defined

Years of analytical record has to be paused today even though superior data is consistent

Client cannot monitor own data anyway!

Can improvement be purchased to allow client keep personal step heart rate diet?

  • Intensity minutes technique with Garmin not meeting the intended standard defined

I have no idea what standard you are referring to, but Garmin has its own standard for Intensity Minutes. It is desribed here:

How Does the Intensity Minutes Feature Work on My Garmin Watch?

Client cannot monitor own data anyway!

I see no reason why you could not monitor your own data. What data exactly do you miss?

Can improvement be purchased to allow client keep personal step heart rate diet?

I am afraid the automated translation failed in this case. The sentence is not comprehensible. Please try reformulating it, or post it in your native language.

  • I have a similar problem here, intensity minutes have from my phone though I can still see it on my watch. And yes, it's enabled in "edit my day".
