Walk the walk 4 and 5

Hi, I've just counted and I have 160 walks after April 30th but still haven't got my badge for 100 walks. I have a Forerunner 230 and have to record my walks as 'other' and then edit them in the App. They have registered for the various monthly challenges over the last 3 months (complete a 3 mile...etc.) so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Some of my walks I save as 'casual walking' if strolling with family and some I save as 'speed walking' if on my own. As I say, these both seem to count towards other challenges.

Help!!!

Thanks in advance

  • When you go to the page Reports in Garmin Connect Web and run a "Progress Summary" report over Walking with the "Custom Dates" data range since 2020/04/28 (as shown on the screenshot), what number does it show?

  • As long as you don't do any editing of the badges back and forth between the types like I do when I'm testing it you should get the badges at the right time. Sometimes it could differ with a few but most of these badges comes on the exact correct count. I follow up on these badges and they works really good. I was an amateur two years ago Slight smile

Follow the advice from trux and use the Progress Summary report to see the number of walks.

You can also do a check from the day after you got Walk the Walk 3 and see how many walks you got after the previous badge. That way you will get rid of any erronous walks before Walk the Walk 3. If the count 103 is correct then you should see 75+3 = 78 walks
