Spotify CIQ App not working correctly

We are investigating reports that the Spotify CIQ App not working correctly and we are wanting your feedback. Please provide some details about what is occurring when you try to use or setup the Spotify Connect IQ App. Below are just a few questions we would like answered.

  • What is happening? (e.g. failing during setup, sync failure, playback failure, etc.)
  • What kind of phone are you using?
  • What kind of headphones are you using?
  • What Garmin Device do you have?
  • When was the last time Spotify worked correctly?
  • Does the problem only happen with a specific Audio File?
  • Are you using Public WiFi? (Using a Wi-Fi Device on a Captive Portal)
  • What software version is on your Device?
  • Do you have a vivoactive 4 (Hero Series or Saga Series) device? 
  • My vivoactive 3 music always fails to sync podcasts. It starts, goes a percentage and fails. I retry, it picks up at the percentage it left off at. I am extremely disappointed. Music sync seems to be working...

    Just bought a viviactive 3. Not even in the connect iq app to add on

    Samsung note 8 forerunner 245. On the IQ store the app doesnt show at all, and on this app I dont even have a tab that shows music at all.

    Venue.  Screen either says no Internet connection or starts to sync but times out with 0 sync. Message failed to sync.  Worked 1 week ago.  Also saved Internet connection appears on Venu.  No other problems except I can't sync any Spotify playlist

    Vivoactive 3 and Galaxy A51. Music does not play.

    can connect to wifi, can download spotify, can see playlists on watch, cant get any playlist to sync to watch - "sync failed"

    Samgung galaxy S10, aftershock aeropex. Fenix 5 plus, never worked/synced, home wifi, fenix software 13.

    Carnt sync spotify it had been queud and i think its frozen?
