I have had my vivosmart 4 for over a year and had no issues previously. Over the past few days my watch will connect to bluetooth and show love data but will not sync but will keep attempting.

Try stopping Bluetooth on your phone and restarting. If it does not help, try clearing the cache of Bluetooth in its settings. Verify if the watch is paired with the phone. If it is not, follow the initial installation instructions and pair them. If still no go, restart both the phone and the watch
Hi there. Seems that I am having the same problem. I have done all the steps that the support centre gave me which included unpairing, turning off Bluetooth, restarting the phone etc. I've also tried your suggestions of clearing the cache then turning off etc and still nothing. Not sure what else I can do? Any thoughts?
