Ok, so now that we ALL (including Garmin) now knows about Android Enterprise, can the DEVELOPER Team at Garmin enable the API to allow notifications from the Android Enterprise Work Profile to be displayed…
Workaround have installed the same application ( just installed not configured) in both sections Personal and Work and then added in Garmin App Notification added the app.and worked!!
I confirm the workaround works. Just Install your work apps (Teams, Outlook) from Play Store into your personal profile, no need to even open them, and enable in notifications. Thanks for the tip.
Make sure you enabled the application in Garmin Connect Mobile notification settings. If it is on, try rebooting the phone. More tips for troubleshooting notifications are available here:

To explain it simple. The Android for Work Apps DO NOT show up in Garming Connect settings, so they are not visible for smart notifications within Garmin Connect.
I had a Samsung Galaxy Watch before and no issues at all, so it is a Garmin fix needed
Try reading the tips in the links, I bet there is a hint that will help. Did you for example verify also the notification & permission settings of the Android for Work App? On some OS versions the app may need a special permission to send notifications when the phone is locked, but there are many more tweaks available - as I wrote, just go through all the tips I posted, there is load of them.
I will do, but as I said. The apps generate notifications in the phone with no issues, the previous watch no issues, Garmin issues. Garmin Connect settings for smart notifications all apps selected, nothing in the watch is shown (obviously in the phone I do have the notifications, only they are not pushed to the Garmin Device).
I understood, but believe me, there are indeed countless of different factors and parameters playing a role, so when you are attaching a new device, depending on your exact configuration, settings, and OS build, some adjustments may need to be done on one or both sides. It is not necessarily Garmin to be blamed, even if you wrote it previously worked with a Samsung watch.
