Connect IQ Server Connection Error

Everything is up to date. I am unable to connect to the Connect IQ store from my iPhone, iPad, and Android device.  This is independent of which Garmin device I have connected to which IOS/Android device. I have multiple Garmin devices in rotation and the problem is independent of any of them.

Is this a known issue (see https://connect.garmin.com/status/) ?

It does appear that Garmin Connect IQ servers are back to online instead of limited. Can you please to attempt to open Connect IQ once more to see if the error still arises?

It still does not work.

The bug duplicates against all of my Garmin wearables and all of my devices.  Venu, epix, iPhone, Android, it doesn't matter.  The problem is 100% on Garmin's end and not with any of my equipment.

As a test I took a Venu 4 that was not paired to any device and paired it to an iPhone 17 that had never been paired to a Garmin device.  I logged into ConnecIQ using my account and immediately received "Server Connection Error".  I logged out of my account, create a new throwaway account with a new email address, and logged in with that.  It worked fine.

Same phone, same watch, same connection.  The only difference is it says "server connection error" using my real account and works fine with a throwaway account.

I have also submitted this problem via the support phone number.

Don't you know that it works by design isn't that the excuse Garmin uses for everything they screw up, you must be doing something wrong
