My lily 2 active is connected to the garmin connect app but it doesn’t appear on the garmin connect iq app, I’ve tried unpairing it, deleting the app, restarting my iphone and watch and it still won’t work, any suggestions?

I would recommend to remove the watch from the Garmin Connect app/Bluetooth. Here is a helpful article on how to do this:

You can also sync the watch using Garmin Express which should help with syncing, here is the download link and you can only use this in Garmin Express:
express.garmin.com
Also, double check the software is up to date. Express will also help update it if need be.
