Turn off auto activity start on vivosmart 5

How do I turn off auto activity start so I can view heart rate during walk.

Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone.
Select your device from the device menu.
Navigate to Activity Tracking.
Turn off Move IQ events. This feature automatically detects activity patterns and can start activities automatically.
