I have the same problem, bought two watch faces and all I get is "Your order is processing. Please check back soon. What a joke!

there is an issue with Garmin pay and how it process the order.

Too bad the OP never bothered to post an update..I'm sure the order either went through or got cancelled, just wonder how long it took!
Having the same issue. Great job Garmin! I have been a loyal Garmin user for like ever. Then my Venu 3 broke right after warranty expired. And now I am on my new Venu 3, trying to purchase a watch face and it's been stuck in same "Your order is processing" for a long time. I am so itching to just move to Apple Watch Ultra.
So the fix I found is to use the "three dots" menu, choose "Report a problem" then "ask for a refund" and you'll be able to purchase it again. It didn't work with the app but I that again and purchased from a browser and this time it went through.
