New premium app purchases in the Connect IQ Store does not work

I bought a watch face. Now the download isn't working. I'm only getting the message that I should come back later because my order is being processed…

  • My problem is a bit different. My purchase is not even showing up in the purchase tab. I did not get charged but I got an email confirmation that I purchased. Since then I cannot either purchase again or request refund. Stuck in a complete limbo. BTW, where is this 3 dot? I went on my iphone connect iq app and if I click top left icon it takes me to purchase history. My new purchase is not there. On the web, it's also not showing up. But I don't see a 3 dot menu.

  • I have the 3 dots top right on the app's page where the parameters are normally.
