Connect IQ won’t update Venu 2 sq

I can’t update Connect IQ store so I can’t get new face watch.

I uninstalled the app and start over but it doesn’t work.

It’s for the version 2.0.14.

Everything work perfectly before this update.

Please fix it.

Are you able to go into the App Store on your iPhone and update the Connect IQ Store app? The latest version is V2.27.1
