Keep getting this error: You need to have a compatible device in your account before sending content to it.

I have a compatible device. My device is plugged in and active using Garmin Express.

I am trying to download: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/b46492c8-c0e9-4030-aac2-d29b06ea3a39

which is the 7 minute workout to my Venu watch. I can find the 7 minute application online in the Connect IQ store(link above) but I can't find the 7 minute app using the Connect IQ app on my phone.

You can add a device to your account using Garmin Express software on your computer, or using the Garmin Connect Mobile app (if your phone and device are supported).

I meet all of the requirements above. This is very odd.
