Cannot connect to Garmin Servers

Hi, I'm trying to sync my Garmin device with Garmin Express and consistently get unable to connect errors. Have looked at a couple of threads with respect to the update service and that has not resolved the problem. Have uninstalled all Garmin software rebooted and installed Garmin Express only followed by update service change. Is there anything else that I can do to resolve the problem?

I am getting the "cannot connect to Garmin Servers" error again today. Garmin posted there was an issue yesterday and it seems it has returned. Anyone else having this problem again today?

I just got a Garmin Vivofit today and cannot pair my vivofit with my phone or my ipad. I have an Iphone 4S and an Ipad air. It gets to the point of completing and the pairing fails with a server error? I have done this about 10 times and cannot get it to complete the pairing. I do have the bluetooth on, so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? It also says I have another step counter and asks me which one I want to use. I don't know what other step counter it's talking about because I don't have another one, but I always choose the Vivofit. Any suggestions?

Okay the solution to this problem for me had to do with daylight savings time on my computer. This issue was that the windows internet time server which my computer was syncing with was 1 second different than my GPS watch. I solved this by changing the internet time server on my PC from time.windows.com to time.nist.gov.

Trying to pair Forerunner410 to computer through GarminExpress.
OS: Windows8.1 and I have an existing account on GarminConnect.

When linking the Garmin Express to Garmin Connect during signing in I keep getting the message:
There was a problem connecting to the Garmin servers. We're unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable at this time.

Try following the steps in the following article:
What should I do if I receive a server error while using Garmin Express?

My Vivofit stopped syncing April 9th. I noticed that I had been updated to version 4.0.17.0. I reinstalled 3.2.29. When I installed it I had to set everything up again. When I told it to use an existing account a new blank window popped up. That is where the program stopped. I can not get passed the blank box. I reinstalled 4.0.17.0. When I told it to use an existing account I got a new window with a spinning wheel. That is as far as I can get with the setup. What do I do next?

It looks like there might be some display issues on the computer. Have you updated the video card drivers recently? It may also be a network issue stopping the loading of that screen. Are you behind a proxy, or corporate firewall? I would suggest contacting support so we can look at why that screen is blank if the drivers are up to date, and you aren't behind a firewall.

Garmin Express stopped working when it updated itself to the latest version. No display updates and all other programs display correctly. I don't have any other problems accessing the Internet.
