Hi, I'm trying to sync my Garmin device with Garmin Express and consistently get unable to connect errors. Have looked at a couple of threads with respect to the update service and that has not resolved the problem. Have uninstalled all Garmin software rebooted and installed Garmin Express only followed by update service change. Is there anything else that I can do to resolve the problem?
I've tried to upload two files from today - both 'Failed'; when clicked on the 'Failed' message it stated 'Internal Server Error' so I guess its Garmin's software or hardware. Or someone's made a change with unexpected consequences! Will attempt again tomorrow...... ;-)
Just another 'me too' here, so you know you're not alone. I've found no notices of maintenance, however when this has happened in the past, it seems to always be on a Sunday.
Not that big of a deal for me; it's cold and windy here, so I was exceptionally slow and unmotivated!
I tried to unsuccessfully upload an activity from my vivosmart to garmin, the same activity uploaded to my sports track account from my vivosmart with no problems at all.
