Music sync not working

Hello.

I am trying to load music files from my windows pc to garmin express. At first it looks like everything works. Music is transferred and then moved to watch (marq expedition Gen 1). However when I unplug the watch and try to play music via the widget it says there is no music on the watch and I should connect to express.

Any feedback why this is happening and how I can solve it?

Since you seen reasonably confident that the music got transferred to the watch and just won’t play my first inclination would be to verify that the music is located where it should be (on the watch) and then make sure it is of the proper format. Hi John,

I attach some photos in case it helps. In all pc photos the watch is plugged to the computer, the last one photo with the watch, it is unplugged. I don't think it's the format, because they files are mp3 format as you can see.

Could it be am issue coming from the firmware? The watch has the 27.00 version.

Is Spotify involved? I'm not that familiar with music on watches but some people had similar problems and Spotify was the cause. See Spotify not playing downloaded playlists
