Spotify not playing downloaded playlists

Same here but it was working before and I did all the same steps as you did.

I found out all alone the reason for this error and how to solve it.

You just need to go to your Spotify App in your mobile and clear the Cache:

Settings -> Storage -> Clear Cache

Maybe you need to clear all downloaded lists from the watch and download it again.

done it but it doesn’t work for me.. deleted the cash from the phone, deleted the playlist, re downloaded but i have the same problem.... did you solve the issue wiht this method?

let's be honest - the spotify app is very poor and needs a lot of work. the more I use it the more issues I find. this week after switching to a different podcast playlist I can't go back into the old playlist and listen to that again. it shows the name etc but no buttons work. only thing that would play was another playlist holding a few albums - lucky i had that as it was a long run I was on

After the last Spotify update, it works again, at least on my watch.

Updated my playlist today and songs still play. Might has been a Spotify bug

Rebooting the watch after reinstalling everything (spotify, playlist, headphones) was the solution over here.

Same problem started a few days ago. Reinstalling Spotify did not help

Do a restart as written above. Hold upper left button until the watch restarts. 

I had the problem you described above and discovered my Apple AirPods won’t work with the app on my Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar.  Not sure what it is about the AirPods, but Spotify on the Fenix works just fine with my Sony headphones.  I’ll try with PowerBeats later.  Try swapping out your Bluetooth audio.
