I'm having the exact same problem with my 410. I can't upload anything. Express shows the device and the Ant stick are active but even a force send won't send.
I have the same problem. Forerunner 110 won't sync, just gives a generic unhelpful error.
Poked around in your log files, and I see this: Definitely looks to me like a problem on your end. This is a wcf call correct?

Neither Garmin 800, Forerunner 620 or vivofit are syncing with either PC or iPhone, But I can manually import the 800 and 620 data from the activities page on the Garmin Connect website...
My Forerunner 410 is connecting just fine via Ant Stick, but my Edge can't get my data through via USB... It worked 48 hours ago, & I removed & re-added it to Garmin Express.
Same problem here Edge 500 connected to Windows 7 laptop via USB cable plugged directly into laptop. 'There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect'. It worked last night at approx 6pm, but nothing this morning. Have submitted a support ticket via email.
I have the same problem with two different vivofit devices. I tried to sync using two different PC's with different access to the internet.
I don't use a smartphone so I am not able to test that.
I tried to send the report but both mentioned codes are invalid
I am also having a syncing issue - hasn't synced to either my smartphone (Samsung S4) or my laptop (Windows 10) since Sunday (now Tuesday night). I have a Vivosmart. Hope this gets resolved soon. Happy to submit logs if that helps...
I'm also having issues with my Forerunner 610 "there was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" tried to send reports but get the invalid code remark back
My syncing issue is still not resolved. Reported to Garmin Australia on Wednesday. Hasn't synced properly since 8th Nov. I am able to update my alarms and other settings, but it's not showing any activities, sleep or steps since that date. Is anyone else still having problems? (It's not syncing to my phone either). I'm worried my data will be lost if this goes on for too long.
Garmin express not syncronising with Forerunner 110
My Forerunner 110 used to sync fine and now the device is not showing in Garmin Express and it won't let me add the device to Garmin Express. Serious software fail and really frustrating. I just want it to work. Please help Garmin.
