We are sorry you are unable to sync your devices with Garmin Connect. We have had some reports of people having troubles syncing when using Garmin Express today. They are getting a specific error in the Garmin Express logs. Most likely, your issue is the same since it was working previously. To verify this is the same issue, we need to see logs from one of your computers. Please follow these steps:
- With Garmin Express open, click the Help icon (?) in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on Send Reports.
- Enter the code XK7RG and click Submit.
Once you submitted them, just reply here and we can take a look at them.
