Film Testing - Autumn 2025

The Morvan stages seem to be now tested, still awaiting the new feature. Apparently, it works!

I'm busy now making some films from the remaining Thailand footage. These will have to be tested asap if they show up, as tacx wants these out now in November, just when everyone heads inside to see what new content we have.

In the meantime, I'm publishing some of the hopefully amazing rides filmed this summer, which will not be released this winter, so no rush.  At least there will be something new while you wait.

  • Yeah, I can imagine a couple of routes where it would work really well - especially smaller loops.

  • After years reporting that, how is it possible still not fixed?......taking also into account the power of Apple Silicon and the UI that could reflect Windows app

  • still noticed video stuttering

I continued my search and I found and fixed my problem for the video stuttering! I thought sharing it here. Maybe it helps when someone else ever comes across the same problem.
My computer has an Intel CPU with integrated Graphics. Whenever the App "Intel® Graphics Command Center" from the Windows App store was installed, it would cause video stuttering in my Tacx App. Removing this app from my system has solved my problem. I believe this app does some "smart" things to the video output. There's probably a specific settings responsible for this, but I was not able to identify this exact setting. Anyhow, removing this app worked for me.

    I'm so happy!

This is kind of funny as Ive been going through the data of Finestre part 3 this morning to hopefully solve the stuttering issue lol....I did identify some 'G-Force' errors on some of the tight turns that artificially pull the inclinometer data one way or the other. v10 should now be hopefully quite good. Fixed some grade issues also on the climb about where the serious video error was before...it was this short part of corrupted data, I think caused by the antenna thats there (maybe military?) it was just a short section but I had to replace it all by hand (old school lol). I think the Altitudes will now be off a little but it should not be a lot.

    Good ride. No issues.
Could add some roadfeel after first downhill in the village over the cobbles.
