Film Testing - Reserve 2024

At the March and April I went to v 1 Balcons d'Auris - Le Freney d'Oisans (French Alps) and v 2 Beaujolais Vineyards - Part 1 & 2.
I didn’t notice anything except the beautiful views. But in January I will try to return to them to check the difficulty - 100%.

Publishing a reserve climb from Asturias that some may remember from an old DVD we did back in the dark ages, we refilmed this in 2022 as we were close. Its been in the Vuelta a few times....not too far away from the Angliru.

Another two published, these are rough & ready, probably in need of road feeling but want them out there so you have something new while Im away. I can update these all remotely.  This is a nice rolling one with a few longer climbs. dont think there is anything hard in either stage. Going to try to get the two part I made in the Drome out also before I leave, like these last 3 its also in the final stage

v2 Farrapona: I liked the video. Everything is fine.
v1a Veitastrond (Norway). Beautiful. But I like flatter routes for TT training. Kilometers from start 2.88 - 4.29 & 9.1-9.82 & 14.79 - no changes road feeling. 

The difficulty - 100%. Road Feel Intensity - 100%.

v1a Veitastrond (Norway) I had the video go into repeat play and slow motion 3 times on the uphill slope at 14km.The road  feel was missing long sections at 2,9 and 15km.I then reproduced these issues on another 15km test ride.Superb Lakeside film.

I rode v5 ASVÖ King of the Lake 2023 (Austria) - it's not on this list, but I liked the video. It's beautiful and is currently my favorite for TT training.The difficulty - 100%. Road Feel Intensity - 100%.

I also rode v3 Zoncolan. Unfortunately, The difficulty only 50% - I took care of my knees. Since it’s hard to reach 100% on 36 x 25, but I’ll do it in the future. Road Feel Intensity - 100%. The video is also beautiful. At kilometer 9.3 from the start, the gradient suddenly became less than 2% for a short time. And after 10.23 km - 4.7%. This is right?

Less then 2% sounds a bit fishy to me, although it does flatten out just before the tunnels if it was there. 

will make a note to look, possibly even while I’m here in Spain. I’ve updated the lakeside one from Norway today with some road feel & a massive filming speed bug (fix) at 13km into it 

I got the gradient wrong. Because I had difficulty - 50%, the gradient on the screen was 2 times smaller. Gade was 3,4% & 9,3%. In both places it was after combining the image.

Good find; it often happens when I stop. it's the inclinometer that measures the angle of the road. it's very accurate all the time I'm moving, but around cuts where I've had to stop, this can go wrong.
