Latest activity failed to upload to cloud

I think everyone who has experienced this issue would like to see a more robust process :)
And yeah, saving a backup file would be a good starting point.

It's not all bad. The process could have been much worse, like fire-and-forget. The current process at least checks if the upload to the cloud was successful. Errors happen (if they happened - remember most of the time it works out fine) after this step.

I'll bet Tacx is fully aware of this as it's not the first time, but it would be nice if they could confirm they are actually aware of it and/or maybe already working on something.

Same issue here; both my wife and I had this happen today. 2 different accounts, 2 different trainers, 2 different computers (windows 10)

Garmin - what's the problem?

for me this same on Windows 11. local cache is empty (C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\Local\Packages\Tacx.TacxDesktopapp_RANDOMCHARS\LocalCache\activities\*), at log file I found

"1623|2024-03-28T20:46:46.5877791+00:00|INFO|7|RaceResultUpload|Upload activity XXXXXXXX-62b2-4ada-bb32-k8e8ce8da succeeded"

but after a few minutes

all Garmin servers' statuses are OK. I hope it is really on the server waiting for processing. I'll see the status in the morning ;-)

Recently my activity upload seems to crash right at the moment I clicked the save button.
Then I got forwarded to the GarminConnect login page. After login nothing happens.
After a couple days I went for another Tacx ride and suddenly I got the message that the previous activity was actually saved and stored in GC. Thankfully all went fine. But I'm with Peter Scheuten that it would be nice if things are better communicated. For a couple days I was thinking that my ride was lost somewhere in the digital universe...
