Distance incorrect

Can anyone please assist. My Garmin vivo hr is calculating my distance when walking or running wrong. I do a 2.5km is show 4.5km which is incorrect. And my setting are on metic

Personally I wouldn't use Move IQ at all. Just start the activity on the watch, then when finished press stop, then save.

Is this during a recorded walking or running activity or was it started using Move IQ? If you could zip then attach one of the FIT files associated with the activity, we might be able to see what is going on. Connect your device to a computer using the Garmin USB cable, then look in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder of the device. In that folder you will see the activities (FIT files).

Ok then from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder...

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Open the drive associated with your device.

Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder

Then zip the appropriate FIT file.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Seems like the distance is only incorrect on the running now walking

Ok, then zip one of those files and insert it into your post using the directions above.
